It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. 

Partial payments are allowed here IF you have contacted the court and a judgment / disposition has been entered on the citation, and were set up on an Approved Payment plan with the court.

Warrants are payable here but only in full. If you have warrants and want to be set up on a Payment Plan, please contact the court.

Deferred Disposition fees can be paid here IF you have been granted permission by the court. 

*** Payments online will result in a conviction being reported on your driving record unless you have made prior arrangements with the court for a driver safety course or deferred disposition. 

***Juveniles are not eligible for online payments.

Court hours: M - F  7:30 am to 4:30 pm and  Closed for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
