It is the defendant’s responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.  Please pay carefully. 

Driver's Safety Course and Deferred Disposition fees can be paid here IF you have permission from the court.

Partial payments can be made here only if you have approval from the court.

Make partial payments to the oldest violation first until paid off. If multiple violations were issued on same day, apply to the lowest balance until paid off. If you have multiple violations, and only some are warrants, apply payment to the oldest amount in warrant status.

Warrants No partials! UNLESS you have spoke to the court clerk and have been given permission to make a partial on a warrant.
