It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.

Partial payments are can be made here only if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court.

The following are not payable here:

• Driving Safety Course fees
• Deferred Disposition fees
• Citations issued to juveniles 16 years or younger
• Under 18 tobacco or under 21 alcohol offenses
