It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

Payments made through this service MUST be made by the defendant as they must read and agree to their Plea prior to submission of payment.

Partial payments can be made here without prior court approval, including on warrants. Please click the 'edit' button once your citation pulls up and update with the amount you are paying. 

Driving Safety Course and Compliance Dismissal fees are NOT payable here.

All outstanding warrants paid in full on this site will be cleared the next business day. To make a partial payment on a warrant, you must contact the court directly.

Rules for Online/ Telephone payments:

Warrants paid during non-business hours may not be cleared from law enforcement records until the next regular business day.  Keep your receipt on you for at least 72 hours after payment.

Driver license renewal holds will be released at the time the warrant is cleared from law enforcement records.  Once that is done, DPS says to allow them 3-5 business days for it to clear in their system.

If you are searching by 'Citation Number' below, be sure to include "PD"  and a space before the numbers in order for the system to properly search for your citation. Do not include '-1' or '-2' at end of citation.
