It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

• Driving Safety Course fees

Partial payments can be made here ONLY IF you have a Payment Plan in place with the court.

Payment Plan rules: 

• if you have several outstanding violations, apply the full amount of your payment to ONE violation until paid off
