It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

Partial payments can be made here with prior approval by the court. 

Deferred Disposition fees are payable here if you have prior approval from the court. 

Warrants are payable here but only in full. Please note that payments received after 4 pm Mon - Fri  will not be cleared in court's system until the following business day. Defendants are strongly advised to keep a receipt of payment on their person, as there will be a delay between the time of payment and the recalling of the warrant(s). 

The following are not payable here; contact the court:

• Payments for those who are in jail. Contact the jail where the person is being held. 
• Citations issued to juveniles UNLESS

All payments are final. Be certain of amount you are paying before hitting 'SUBMIT'.
