It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully. 

Payment of fines through this service constitutes an admission of guilt and MAY result in a conviction against you. 

The following are not payable here; contact the court: 

• Payment Plan payments - the court staff will take those payments by phone
• If defendant is in jail. Contact the jail where the person is being held.
• Driving Safety Course fees.  
• Assault and Family Violence violations issued after Sept. 1, 2019 
• Citations issued to juveniles under 17 years of age.

Deferred Disposition fees are payable here if you have prior court approval.
