BILLING / PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

The City of Vidor bills for Sanitation Service during the first week of each month. Payment is due in full by the last day of the same month. If the payment is not in our office before 8:00 a.m. on the first business day of each month, for the preceding month’s service, the account is considered delinquent, and a $15.00 late fee will be added to the account balance. Failure to receive the bill does not excuse payment or liability. It is your responsibility to keep the account balance current. No reminder letter will be sent.

NOTICE:  Payments made on this site, AFTER midnight on the last day of the month will be considered LATE. Late payments could result in a late fee of $15.00 and/or disconnection of service and possibly additional fees. If your payment is late, please contact the sanitation department at (409) 769-5473.

PLEASE NOTE:

• There is a processing fee for all payments made on this site. 
• If your payment is rejected for any reason, your processing fee will not be refunded.
• Any over-payments will be applied as a credit to your next bill.
