• There is a processing fee for all payments made on this site.
• If your payment is rejected for any reason, your processing fee will not be refunded.
• Any over-payments made will be applied as a credit to your next bill.
• Payments are due by the 15th of the month. Late fees are applied after the 15th.

SHUTOFFS 

 If you are paying to have your service restored, you must call the City and notify them that the payment was made. Then service will be restored. 

If you are paying to restore service after close of business during the week, weekend or holidays, service will not be restored until the following business day.
