Notice:

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the correct city and for the exact amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing will not.

Call the court before making a payment. Several options could be available to you.

By completing the information below and making payment you understand
  • You are waiving your right to receive discovery from the state and the right to a jury trial or hearing by the court.
  • A finding of guilty will be entered for each violation you pay.
  • Your paid violation may result in the assessment of reinstatement fees.
  • You are certifying your identity as that of the person named in the charging instrument for the violation for which you are paying.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are paying for the correct violation.
  • You understand that your plea may result in a conviction appearing on either a criminal record or a driver's license record.

Driving safety course, deferred disposition and reimbursement fees are payable here IF you have prior court approval.

Deferred Disposition payments MUST be in full otherwise your payment will be rejected.

Partial payments may be made here IF you have an installment agreement in place with the court and pay no less than your required payment or the court may reject it. Once you pull up your citation, click 'edit' and type in the amount you need to pay and click 'submit'. The page will then update with the amount you are paying.

Warrants may be paid here but you must first contact the warrant department at 972-441-6565 to verify the correct amount due for each warrant to be paid. A partial payment will not recall an outstanding warrant, nor suspend further collection activity, blocking of a driver's license renewal, vehicle registration renewal, or driver's license suspension for out-of-state drivers.

Warrants paid during non-business hours may not be cleared from law enforcement records until the next regular business day. Keep your receipt on you for at least 48-hours after payment.

Driver’s license renewal holds will take 1-2 business days to release the hold at the time the warrant is cleared from the law enforcement record system. Renewal holds for multiple warrants will not be released until all warrants have been paid or otherwise disposed of.

All payments are final. Contact the court before paying if you have questions.
