It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

Partial payments are allowed here IF you have an approved Payment Plan in place with the court. Payment must be according to the terms of your agreement. All other partial payments will be rejected. Apply payments to the OLDEST citation first. agreement.

Non-traffic related offenses for Juveniles require a court appearance. Please do not pay until after seeing the Judge.

Active Warrants will remain in place until balance is PAID IN FULL. If there is a Warrant pending to be issued, it will go into Warrant Status unless the citation is PAID IN FULL.

Payment of any Insurance Violation without appearing in court will result in a driver's license suspension. If you have questions, call the Court at (918) 485-2554.

If your violation is considered a moving violation, your citation may be reported to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.

Payments made after 5:00 p.m., on weekends or holidays will be posted the following business day.
