Notice:

Please Note:

  • It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment in the correct amount, to the right Court. If payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded, but the processing fee will not.
  • The Court will process online payments immediately upon acceptance by this service. A receipt will be provided for any paid cases. It is the defendant's responsibility to ensure that payments are made with sufficient time to meet required deadlines.
  • Payments made through this service MUST be made by the defendant as they must read and agree to their Plea prior to submission of payment.
  • If you have a Payment Plan in place with the Court and need to make a payment, please call 800.444.1187 and a phone agent will assist you.
  • If paying an outstanding Arrest Warrant or Capias Pro Fine Warrant outside of normal business hours, warrant clearance will be processed the following business day. 
  • If you are paying a warrant for a person in custody, the Court will not be able to respond to that payment until the following business day.

Once you pay:

  • All payments are final.
  • Unless you have an agreement with the Court, it will show as a conviction and there will be no option to do Deferred Disposition or take a Driving Safety Course.
  • Keep a copy of your payment receipt with you until the end of the next business day if you are paying an Arrest Warrant or Capias Pro Fine Warrant.

Do NOT pay here if:

  • It is within five business days of receiving your citation. Please wait five business days after getting your citation before paying.
  • If you are signed-up for Judge-approved community service, you must present proof of your community service to the Municipal Court Judge in person at 8 a.m. on the date listed on your purple timecard.

The following are NOT payable here; please contact the Court:

  • Driving safety course fees.
  • Citations issued to juveniles and minors unless you've already entered a plea in court.
  • Citations where the defendant has hired an attorney.
  • Citations issued for "Assault". NOTE: "Disorderly Conduct" citations are payable here.
  • Parking citations unless pre-arranged with the Court.
