  • If your payment is rejected for any reason, your processing fee will not be refunded.
  • Any over-payments made will be applied as a credit to your next bill. 

Payments are due by the 10th of each month, or the following business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday. 

If your water has been disconnected, please do not pay here. You will need to pay directly to the city.
