Notice:

This service allows you to submit your Deferred Disposition REQUEST electronically (instead of by mail) for a nominal fee. Once your request and paperwork have been submitted AND approved by the court, then you will still need to pay the associated fees stated by the court in their email to you (processing fee will apply).

You understand that:  

  • You may request to have this charge dismissed with Deferred Disposition.
  • You may only make this request PRIOR to your appearance date that was provided by the court. 
  • You must meet ALL eligibility requirements pertaining to Deferred Disposition
  • Deferred Disposition is a privilege offered solely at the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
  • If you are under 25 years of age, you understand that you must set a court date to see the Judge to discuss Deferred Disposition and cannot apply here. 

 Please allow 3 business days for the court to process your Deferred request.  You will receive approval via email along with the amount that you need to pay.

 

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS TIME FRAME and PAYING ON YOUR CITATION WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE COURT may result in a denial of the Deferred Disposition and a conviction on your driving record.

Once you submit your request for Deferred Disposition AND have received approval from the Municipal Court, THEN you may pay your Deferred fees here.
