Notice:
It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

If you are paying past your appearance date, contact the court for the exact amount due.

If you are requesting Deferred Disposition, click on this Deferred Request to print out the request form. If you meet the listed requirements, pay your fine for the offense plus a $50 Deferral fee, and fax a signed copy to 903-364-3001 or email the paperwork to  [email protected].  Your request for Deferred will NOT be processed until these documents are received. 

If you are requesting a Driving Safety Course, click on this DSC Request. If you meet the listed requirements, pay your fine for the offense, then fax a signed copy to 903-364-3001 or email the paperwork to [email protected]. The cost for Driver’s Safety is $144 (or $169 if your offense occurred in a School Zone). Your request for a Driving Safety Course will NOT be processed until these documents are received.

Partial payments may be made here IF you have made arrangements with the court.

Warrants that are less than 60 days old may be paid here IN FULL. 

Warrants that are more than 60 days old must be paid to the collection firm of Purdue - Brandon Law Firm at 817-861-9113. Do not pay here.

Due to Covid-19, the Court Clerk is only in the office once a week on Tuesdays from 8-5. Phone calls and emails will only be answered at this time.
