Notice:

It is the defendant’s responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.  Please pay carefully. 

Partial payments can be made here IF if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. 

 Deferred Disposition fees can be paid here IF you have received permission from the court first.

The following are not payable here; contact the court:

  • Juvenile age 10-16
  •  Alcohol, tobacco or drug violations
  •  Driving Safety Course fees

If you want to get a defendant released from jail, do not pay here. Payment will be rejected. Call 903-546-6321 instead.
