Notice:

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

All payments made after 5 pm CST, weekends or holidays will be posted on the following business day. 

If you are paying after your court date, there will be an additional warrant fee of $260.00 added to your fine. Contact the court for your exact amount due.

Partial Payments can be made here IF you have a signed Time Pay Agreement from the Judge.

Warrants must be paid in FULL. If your driver's license has been suspended, you must contact the Luther Municipal Court Clerk's Office to obtain an original receipt for reinstatement.
