It is the Defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount.  If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.  It is also the Defendant’s responsibility to know whether a court appearance is required.  Please pay carefully.

 Warrants:

• Active Warrants will remain in place until the balance is PAID IN FULL.
• If you have a warrant pending to be issued, it WILL go to warrant status unless the citation is PAID IN FULL.

Partial Payments are allowed here ONLY IF you have a Payment Plan in place with the court and payment MUST be made by NOON the day before the Court Date, otherwise, appearance in Court is required. 

Please allow at least 72 hours after the citation was issued before attempting to pay here. 

Fees for Deferred Adjudication and Probation are only payable here if you know exactly what must be paid.  Please contact the court directly if you are unsure of the amount or if you do not know if appearance in Court is required.

The City of Coweta municipality no longer accepts online payments on juvenile citations, as they are court required. Please contact the Court Clerk at 918-486-2189 with any questions.
