If you have an attorney and received a Recommendation Form that can be paid out of court, the Court must receive a copy of the Form (signed by counsel of record and defendant), before paying here. Payments made here will not be processed until the court has received the signed document.  You may mail or fax the signed document to the court.

If your payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.
