Some tickets require proof that the violation has been taken care of. This usually means a copy of the receipt from the license bureau or a copy of your insurance card. If in doubt, call City Hall at 314-638-8840. If you are required to send any proof or any other paperwork, please fax to 314-638-1657.

If your ticket was issued as a result of an accident, property damage or personal injury, do not pay here. You must appear. Contact the court. 

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee cannot. Please pay carefully.
