It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

If your citation number starts with "TX" it is not a City of Jacksonville ticket. It may be a Cherokee County ticket and should not be paid here. 

Driving Safety Course fees and Deferred Disposition fees can be paid here if you have been granted permission by the court first.

Partial payments can be made here if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. 

Warrants can be paid here. Please contact the court first to confirm the amount you owe. If you make your payment here after business hours, be sure to keep a copy of your receipt on you until the next business day.
