It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

OMNI fees ($30 per citation) are payable here.

 

 Driving Safety Course and Deferred Disposition fees are not payable here. Contact the court.

 

If you have a hold on your license, please consider over-nighting a money order or cashier's check directly to the court for speedier resolution. Payments made here for such cases may take ten or more days to be cleared.
