It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully. 

You must wait 7 business days after citation was issued before paying here. 

The following cannot be paid here; contact the court:  

• You were 17 yrs or younger at time of offense
• You have 2 or more offenses in Dardenne Prairie
• You were involved in an accident
• You are paying late
• You are in Warrant Status
• Citation was issued by City of St. Charles, City of St. Peters or St. Charles Co. Municipal court. 

You may pay here if:

• You are entering a plea of guilty and waiving your rights to a hearing by the court or jury. (Your violation will be recorded as a conviction and traffic offenses will be reported to the license bureau in your state for further action).
• You have previously appeared in court and have been assessed fines
• You have an attorney recommendation that is due
