If you are paying after your court date, there is an additional Failure to Appear charge of $50 that must be paid along with your fine amount. Failure to do so will result in your driver's license being suspended.

If your driver's license is suspended, you must contact the court clerk's office in order to obtain your original receipt, which can be faxed or emailed to you upon your payment.

Partial payments can be made here if you have prior approval from the court. 

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.
