Defensive driving fees, deferral fees, or compliance fees are not accepted online. These payments require additional paperwork, and therefore, must be paid directly to the court.
If you are paying your citation on or by the appearance date, then refer to our payment schedule. If it is past your appearance date, contact the court to confirm your amount due.
Warrants may be paid online, but you must first contact the court for the full amount due.
Only FULL fine amounts are accepted. If you submit a partial payment, your citation will not be cleared and your payment will be refunded, less the processing fee.
It is the
defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the
correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be
transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the
processing fee cannot. Please pay carefully.
